Our Story

Valley Diner is a family-owned restaurant known for generous portions, great prices, and quality homemade food.
Owner Ahmed “Tony” brings years of experience in both hospitality and the local community. After owning the Uptowner Cafe in St. Paul, he opened Valley Diner in Apple Valley to create a warm and welcoming place for friends, families, and neighbors to enjoy great food together.
